Our Application process is quick and easy. The only documents you will need for your application are: ID Document, Company CIPC documents, Valid Purchase Order, Supplier Quotation, Request For Quote (RFQ). You can then visit the Application page to begin the process.

After the application process is complete and all required documents sent, it will take between 2 and 5 working days for approval.

It is standard procedure that we vet each supplier. Thus it will not always be that your chosen supplier will be utilized. This is to protect both you as a client and us a business from any possible risks.

No, SME Business Clinic does not give out money to the client but pays the supplier directly.

The client is paid on the same day that the project pays out if that day falls on a business working day. The money will be sent to your business account and not your personal account.

Our financing fee is quite low, between 10% and 30% of the expenditure amount.
